Hi all! On this page I would like to share my reviews and experiences of restaurants, bars, streetfood, you name it. Due to the nature of my job i need to travel a lot. And thats a great thing! I love to travel! As they say “Les voyages forment la jeunes”.
I did culinairy studies and started to work in the weekends in a restaurant at the age of 15-16. I wanted to earn some extra money to buy the things I couldn’t afford. I loved cooking but I think by starting to work so early in life I lost the appetite to cook. So I started in a complete different direction. Still creative, don’t get me wrong, but with a strong focus on textile for events and theatre. I got married to my fantastic and supporting wife and have 3 amazing children. This triggered me to start enjoying cooking again.
I love to cook with the family and we always make it a real event.
At the age of 34 we opened a brach in Dubai and we moved with the family to the UAE. From there one we branched out to Cape Town, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sydney, Riyadh, …. maybe there is more to come….who knows. This of course explains the need for traveling and you will see most of my reviews will be from these city’s/regions.
